How Brian White bought a gun from Kabalagala police station

The real story of how disgraced socialite Brian Kirumira also known as Brian White , acquired a firearm he used to shoot a man on a shoulder at his home in Buziga, a suburb of Kampala is slowly unfolding.

A highly placed security officer  said that the pistol that Brian White was found with, belonged to Kabalaga Police Station.

“Two police officers” from the said Station are “currently being detained at Kabalagala Police Post” in connection with the case, the source revealed to this website.

The shocking information comes shortly after the socialite — who has made a name for his extravagant and extreme spending lifestyle — was picked up by police Wednesday morning from his home in Buziga after the unpleasant incident.

His victim, who has been identified as Victor Bitwire, is still nursing wounds at International Hospital of Kampala (IHK).

(White has denied shooting Bitwire.)

It should be recalled that pictures have previously made rounds on social media showing Brian White surrounded by men carrying sophisticated guns.

A considerable section of the public questioned how it was possible for White, whose work-life, let alone his source of huge income is unclear, could be escorted by armed men.

Our source confirmed that “Bryan white is not a registered firearm holder”, adding “The firearm used belongs to a police officer in Kabalagala.”

What is Known about Brian White

Previous reports about him show that he is 33 years old, and he dropped out of school after studying one semester at Law School at Makerere University.

When asked about his business deals, he only talks about what he plans to do, without clarifying on what he has invested in already.

For instance in an interview with Sqoop, he said he was building a juice manufacturing factory in Kapeeka and a tile manufacturing company was coming up.

We are yet to see that materialize.

What is clear about his finances, at least, according to his account, is that he inherited most of him wealth from his step father, an Italian, who married his mother after separating from his father.
