Ugandan gospel musicians are to be honored this month on 31st- May 2019 in the annual Victoria Gospel Academy (VIGA) Music Awards that are to held at Kampala Serena Hotel Kampala.
Embedded in a 10 year celebration, this year’s award ceremony is to be held under the theme, “ ‘Enlarging territories”
The VIGA Music Awards annually constitutes a special nomination panel comprising of representation from the Federation of Gospel Artists of Uganda, stakeholders from the media & music business fraternities and respected institutions i.e. Universities & Music Academies. This panel receives, evaluates and censors the music and video’ entry submissions as explained below. The final nominees are announced at the Nominations Bash and then subjected to public voting.
