In a shocking turn of events, following the death of city stylist Johnnie Ahimbisibwe after a fight at Club Guvnor, his family members have already started fighting for his property.
According to bigeye, Johnnie’s sister Charity is accusing the deceased’s girlfriend Marjorie Jennie aka Marjo of stealing his phones, wallet and other house hold items.
Marjo says she is very surprised that they can drag her to police yet she is the only one who even knew where Johnnie lived and she showed them the place. She said: “When I came out of court where Ivan Kamyuka had been brought for mention of his case, I got information that Johnnie’s sister Charity and other family members had reported a case at Police against me that I went to Johnnie’s house and took all the property. That I stole Johnnie’s phone, why cant they ask the management of Club Guvnor whether he had a wallet or phone? Johnnie’s brother Micheal asked for the card of the car and I gave it to him. How can Charity lead people to the Police and report that I stole a phone? I am the one who knew Johnnie’s home and no other relative had a clue. I took them there and showed them everything. Johnnie was not on good terms with family members and I was aware but after his death, I took them to his home and they removed part of the property even before we went to Ibanda for the burial. If I were a thief what would have stopped me from hiding the vehicles log book? When the Police officer summoned me to the Police to explain where I had taken Johnnie’s property, I got shocked.”
