Telecom Giant MTN in grassroots soccer campaign

Uganda’ largest telecom company MTN has launched a Grassroots football kits initiative aimed at donating over 900 football kits to football teams across the country,Tuesday

The General Manager Sales and Distribution Keith Tukei talking to media about the MTN Grassroots Football kits initiative stated that the project has started with 50M this year and 70 teams to benefit.The initiative worth over Ugx 50 million will see over 66 village football teams acquire quality football uniforms and footballs to mention but a few.

Over the year,MTN announced sponsorship deals with two Azam Premier league clubs,Onduparaka and Title holders KCCA.
