Have you ever traveled far out of town and failed to order an Uber in Uganda? Or perhaps have that friend who stays so far that you never get return Uber trips from their residence? Well, Uber has some good news for you. The ride hailing service has expanded its service area to cover more areas.
In blog post, Uber has announced that they we’ve expanded the coverage area to include Lweza, Seguku Hill, Lubowa Hill, Bunamwaya, Busega, Kanyanya, Serena Kigo. Kampala city is expanding by the day and many residents reside in distant suburbs and we believe expanding the coverage area is a good move by the ride hauling company.

Expansion of a service area means drivers can go on online in the wider area and will be able to pick up riders in the new areas. Unlike before, riders will not be charged an out of service area fee since the coverage area is relatively big.
Well if you a resident of one on the new areas then you should have a smile on your face. And just in case you a first time rider you can use the promo code CAMPUSBEE and get your first ride.
