Rema Namakula Reportedly Arrested In USA

Musician Rema Namakula was reportedly arrested in USA. The “Lean on me” singer had travelled to perform at the highly anticipated Uganda Convention in New York but things did not go as planned.

According to our source, Rema carried a visitor’s visa and was detained when the security at the airport discovered that she was going to perform at the event.

Rema used a visitor’s visa to get into the country. When asked by security why she was entering the US, she said that she was going to perform at the convention which violates the visitor’s visa. The mother of one was then detained and put on the next flight back home, sources reaveal.
