Reigning Miss Uganda Zahara Nakiyaga sparked off pregnancy rumours when she turned up for the Piece of Cake book launch at Serena in a white dress that was revealing her protruding tummy.
Photos of the 23 year old beauty that have since been circulating on social media have left many convinced that she is indeed carrying a baby.
