Eddy Kenzo has trashed fellow musician Bebe Cool who is arguably the top musicians in the country.
The ‘Very Good’ singer says Bebe Cool is not moving forward and that he simply pretends to be the best artist in the country.
Kenzo made a post in Luganda which is translated as: “I am so happy nowadays that our people are sharp. Statistics say that you are stuck in one place, not even 1 million views since 1991. It’s the new generation taking Uganda forward.”
Although Bebe Cool’s name was not mentioned, it was quite obvious Kenzo was referring to him as the two have been exchanging bitter words ever since the latter won a BET Award.
To further imply that Bebe just pretends to be the best, Kenzo later added: “Do you guys know that Police case where someone pretends to be what he isn’t? Is it called false in full pretence. Hahaha. Whoever knows it should tell us because they will soon arrest someone.”
Let’s wait for Bebe Cool’s response.
Meanwhile both musicians are battling it out for Best Male Artist In East Africa Award in the African Muzik Magazime Awards.
