Uganda rap god Gravity Omutujju was yesterday night shot with live bullets at a petrol station in Bukunya trading centre where he had briefly stopped. He was heading to Rwebituti village in Kasanda, Mubende, where he had a concert scheduled yesterday evening.
Eye witness told 411UG that unknown gun men ambushed the singer at the station and embedded live bullets in his legs and arms as he waited for his manager to pick him up.
However, reports from the police indicate that the singer was shot by a security guard who couldn’t identify the his intentions.
He is currently receiving treatment at Lugaga hospital
