Aces Bar And Grill shuts down, Benrich Lounge up for rent again

It’s a public secret that bar business in Kampala is not a walk in the park. The stiff competiton saw Kasasi based Benrich Lounge being leased off last year by the owner Ben Namara on a five years contract but just a few months later, the business has failed to stand. Ben has taken back his place and placed it for rent.

For the past few months, Benrich Lounge had been under the management of Tonny and his partners who are also the owners of Cayenne and Deuces Bars in Kampala .

According to sources, business has not been good especially with Shs19m rent fees.

After taking Benrich from Ben, Tonny had changed it’s name to Aces Bar and Grill, a place that was well known for hosting band and comedy nights before the crowd begun to dwindle .

We have been reliably informed that the space is now available for rent to anyone who can operate; bar, restaurant, sauna, accommodation, health club, school, hospital, supermarket or hardware.
