My father died listening to my music – Angella Katatumba

Musician Angella Katatumba who recently did two new songs Jamacia’s Kuzi Kz has revealed that her dad, Bonney Katatumba died listening to her music.

Speaking in a radio interview on Sanyu FM, Saturday night, the singer said that on the night he died, Bonney told her that he wanted to listen to music. She then brought her music and he specifically asked to listen to her music.

She went on and played him her hits and put them on replay. ‘It is on that night that he passed on when listening to my music on replay. In the morning we woke up and they told us he had gone…RIP’

The prominent businessman and Pakistan Consul in Uganda Bonney Katatumba, who succumbed to colon cancer in February was described as a patient and kind man by Angella as she talked about her.
