Local singer, Chris Evans Kaweesi is in critical condition following a robbery last night.

We have been told that the singer who was returning home early morning was waylaid by goons who beat him up and then made away with his car, a Toyota Wish car.

‘He was beaten up by thieves using a hammer on to his head and they took his car, he is now in hospital but in critical condition so fans and those who love his music pray for him to recover quickly,’ said his manager.

The singer is currently in Mengo hospital fighting for dear life. We will keep you posted.
