Wizkid reportedly misses his flight

Nigeria’s top artist Wizkid will not be jetting in tonight as earlier reported.

According to emerging reports, the singer has allegedly missed his flight. He is said to have been on a flight connecting from South Africa to Uganda but he missed it.

However, the organizers still insist that the show is still on and that the singer will land in the country on Wednesday afternoon.

Meanwhile, the singer’s advance team is already in town. The team that included his official spin master, DJ Gabriel, drummers, guitarists and sound check crew arrived on Sunday evening.

Wizkid is expected to thrill fans in Kampala in a show dubbed “Thursday Night With Wizkid”. The much anticipated show will take place this Thursday, December 7 at at Lugogo Cricket Oval.
