Wizkid promises biggest show in Africa

Nigerian star Wizkid is pumped up about his Uganda concert. This was evident as he addressed the media at press briefing held at Kampala Serena Hotel on Wednesday.

Speaking at the press conference, the “Come Closer” star could not hide his excitement as he expressed gratitude at the immense love he was shown on arrival at the airport after he was welcomed by a mob. He went to note that he will stage a concert in Kampala that will be one of biggest shows in Africa.

“From the energy from the airport when I landed, you people showed me a lot of love and I really appreciate. I am very excited and this is probably going to be one of my biggest shows in Africa.” He said.

“I will give a two-hour performance to make sure we all enjoy ourselves to the maximum,” he added.

Wizkid will thrill fans in Kampala in a show dubbed “Thursday Night With Wizkid”. The much anticipated show will take place this Thursday, December 7 at at Lugogo Cricket Oval.
