Former Kyadondo Member of Parliament lawmaker Hon. Hajji Isa Kikungwe has died.
Hon. Isa Kikungwe passed on this morning at Mengo Hospital where he had undergone a successful operation.
However according to a close relative, revealed that his condition worsened in the night has he faced some breathing complications till when breath his last.
In 2016, Kikungwe contested for Lord Mayorship on the Democratic Party but lost the race to his close friend Elias Lukwago one they legislated together with in the 8th parliament.
