Arua Municipality MP Ibrahim Abiriga is not known to don any attire other than the traditionally dominant yellow colour of the NRM party.
However, one creative and probably bored Ugandan decided to annoy Ibrahim Abiriga. He will surely not like this red colour Kaunda. He “photoshopped” the Ibrahim Abiriga on the other side, somewhere in the Togikwatako camp.
Complete with red socks and shoes, the Arua MP would surely be a major force in the Togikwatako camp.
