Here’s Why A Pass Rejected Museveni’s Tubonga Nawe Deal

We all saw how musicians vexed to take photos with the president last Friday at Speke Resort Munyonyo. Very few wouldn’t fight for such an opportunity! Among those is dancehall artiste, Apass.
Many artistes’ dream was to feature on Museveni’s song. Not only for money but because it would redeem their careers and also bring them closer to the president. Well A Pass had that opportunity but he turned it down. This was revealed by Bebe Cool while appearing on NTV recently.
Bebe Cool, a close friend of A Pass and one of the brains behind Museveni’s song says that he had lined up Apass on the list of those to take part on the song but he blatantly turned down the offer.
Apparently he preferred to remain neutral than take any political side. Nevertheless he is laughing last and best as his colleagues are being ripped apart.
He could have seen this coming, a reason he preferred not to take part. Since the launch of the song last Friday, all artistes who participated on the song have been verbally thrashed.
Efforts to defend their decision on social media have turned fruitless and they have embarked on traversing TV stations hoping to win their fans back.
