Eddy Kenzo may soon drag leading beverage company Coca Cola into a legal battle as he seeks compensation for violation of rights.
In their current ‘A Billion Reasons to Believe’ advert, Coca Cola used a clip from Kenzo’s Sitya Loss video without his consent. The advert has been airing on local TV stations for close to a month and the singer wants to be paid for using the clip.
However the company has hit back at Kenzo, stating that the clip they used is for the kids dancing and that they are not under his management.
