Successful comedian and professional engineer Patrick Salvado Idringi has shared his career story and talks about how to go about relationships in life. Here’s what he posted on social media;

When I was in MTN, I worked as an Engineer, I was damn good at it got nominated a couple of times for employee of the yea (YelloStar), got a good number of compliments coz I spent 4yrs at University studying it…

I’m doing comedy now, and I’m damn good at it, I can’t count the achievements I’ve gotten out of it, I can’t count the compliments I’ve received coz it was a gift from God, it’s my talent, I’ve somewhat mastered the art.

I’m in a relationship, I’ve been in relationships and I will be in a relationship till the day I die, relationship with God, my family, my relatives and friends… This is something I’ve never mastered even with family because relationships involve not just u.. But other people, who have other mindsets, so to be in a smooth relationship, you have to be in Equilibrium with the other person, everyday is a learning process, coz people evolve, the only way u can be in a smooth relationship is if you evolve with them, not an easy thing to accomplish but it’s worth it.

Till today I’m surprised by the things I learn even with my own family despite the fact that I’ve spent literally all my life with them, the reason we fight in relationships is b’se we are trying to find Equilibrium, which is the wrong way to do it but it happens, the best way to find equilibrium is when the people involved in the relationship COMMUNICATE…

Sometimes we sit back and say to ourselves, let me see if (S)He will do this for me and when it doesn’t happen, a fight ensues…U never do this for me, u never do that for me ….

They don’t do those things for u coz they don’t want to, it’s b’se they have no clue u want those things, so instead of sitting back and assuming the person will do what u desire.. Help them, lead them to do those things, guide them and before u know it your in Equilibrium and the relationship is smooth.

The reason we get complications in relationships is b’se we try, and try and try but it’s never enough coz we are spending our trials on the wrong things, the things we assume are best for the person your in a relationship with… So we get frustrated, having the feeling we aren’t appreciated. Let’s make life simpler…

Tell me what u desire and let me figure out a way to fulfil the desire, the Magic lies in my approach to fulfilling your desire.. If u guess what ur partner wants, that’s a bonus that’s even more magical…

Unfortunately It’s like a one in ten chance that you will get it right. The best thing to do is communicate verbally or physically.. Just Communicate.
