Just In: Eddy Kenzo Finally Nominated In The BET Awards 2015

Good news for all Ugandans! Eddy Kenzo has been nominated in the prestigious BET Awards 2015.

The Sitya Loss hit maker who initially missed out on the BET nominations has finally got onto the nomination list in the first ever Viewer’s Choice Best International category.

“EddyKenzoOfficial representing in the first EVER Viewer’s Choice ‘Best International’ category at the #BETAwards” read a statement on BET Africa’s official Twitter handle.

Overwhelmed by the achievement, Eddy Kenzo had only God to thank. This makes him the second Ugandan act to grace the prestigious Awards after Radio & Weasel in 2012. It’s his turn to rub shoulders with the world’s biggest stars……we talking Jay Z, Beyonce….etc (am joking)

It just feels right. Uganda is represented. Eddy Kenzo not being nominated in the first place felt unfair.
