“Why They Mad?” – Cindy Blasts Nigerians Complaining After Eddy Kenzo Won A BET Award.

Last week Eddy Kenzo won the BET award for Viewer’s Choice Best International Act after overwhelming support by his fans all over the world.

Nigerian stars Yemi Alade and Wizkid then blasted the BET Awards organisers for giving Africans awards backstage and long before the main event.

Much as their argument made sense, many Ugandans thought the Nigerians were ranting because they did not win any BET award and were trying to steal Eddy Kenzo’s shine. Moreso, they never complained when they got the awards.

Singer Cindy Sanyu has blasted Nigerians over this issue. Here’s what she said.

“Almost missed this. Thanks and God bless you. Meanwhile I didn’t get it when all these Nigerian artistes started complaining about the BET Awards being given on the red carpet. I understand that it’s not nice but why did they wait for Eddy Kenzo to win? When their people won they were not on stage either but no one complained. Now that a Ugandan won they r all mad at the BET??? Hmmm!”
