Balaam files court case against Radio for abusive remarks

Promoter Balaam Barugahare and singer Moze Radio’s relationship gets worse by the day. Balaam has gone ahead and filed a court case against Moze Radio of Goodlyfe, as he had promised.

This comes after Radio refused to publicly apologise to Balaam for the defamatory remarks he made during the Best Of Radio and Weasel concert. The singer called Balaam an idiot among other insults.

Last week Radio 48 hours to apologise or he would be sued for 300million shillings. But the Neera singer refused and said that he would never apologise.

Balaam is not standing down either as he vows to teach Radio a lesson. ‘Radio will shed buckets of tears,’ he said.
