Munyagwa will be deputised by deputized by Hon. Moses Kasibante. Ibrahim Semujju Nganda has been maintained at the Opposition Chief Whip while Buhweju County MP, Francis Mwijukye will henceforth be the commissioner of Parliament replacing Hon. Cecilia Ogwal.

Other notable appointments are Fungaroo Hassan who is now the Committee Chairperson of Government Assurance while Hon. Nandala Mafabi is, once again, the chairman of the Parliamentary Public Accounts Committee.

Analysts say the reshuffle was anticipated since Amuriat took office in November last year.
