Former Health Minister Dr James Makumbi has died over yet to established cause.
The former Baale County lawmaker died on Monday at his home in Kayunga District.
According to a family source, Dr Makumbi who had spent the weekend at his upcountry home in Kayunga Town, was rushed to Kayunga hospital on Monday morning over undisclosed illness but died moments after arrival.
