Amazing transformations of famous Ugandan musicians

They have worked very hard to shape Ugandan Music, today we give you an highlight of how some of these top Ugandan artists looked like before their names became households and how they have transformed.

1. Bobi wine.

Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu popularly known by his stage name “Bobi wine” is one of the legends of Ugandan music. He has inspired many youths through his edutainment songs. Bobi is also the Kyandondo North representative in Parliament.

2.Juliana Kanyomozi

She is not only beautiful but also a very talented soul. Juliana is one of the most descent and respected Ugandan artists today. She was the very first Female artist to win The Pam awards “Artist of the year accolade” in 2008.

3.Rema Namakula

Rema started her singing career as a backup singer in Bebe Fool’s Gagamel crew. She later went solo after departing from Gagamel and released her “Oli wange” hit song. Currently she is one of the best Ugandan artists.

4.Desire Luzinda

Despite the nudes saga of 2014, Desire is still standing strong. The “red carpet queen” has continued to prove that she is not here for games. She is known for her hit songs like, Ekitone, Mubiite among others.

5.Eddy Kenzo

Edrissa Musuuza alias Eddy Kenzo rose to fame after his “Sitamina” hit song but later dominated the African music scene with his Sitya Loss hit song which saw him winning a BET award.

6. Radio and We seal

Radio and Weasel is a Ugandan duo which consists of Moze Radio (Moses Sekibogo) and Weasel (Douglas Mayanja)

These two rose to fame after their Nakudata song after departing from Jose Chameleon’s Leone Island.
