You must be 21 years and above, a citizen of any of the four (4) East African countries; Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda.
Two finalists are to be rewarded and the winner will walk away with KShs. 2,500,000 which is UGX. 85,000,000 and Tzshs. 50,000,000
