Bobi wine banned by Police from perfoming at music shows

Musician Bobi wine who is also the Kyadondo East legislator has been stopped from performing at music shows until the investigations are done.

According to the Kampala metropolitan police chief Frank Mwesigwa in a notice issued to Juma Balunwya an events promoter who was seeking permission from the police to hold a Mukono show, Frank says Bobi wine incited the public during his just recently concluded concert at Busabala.

“Unfortunately we are not granting permission for the show because during the previous show at One love Beach at Busabala, he uttered words that are inciteful to the public and he is now under investigations.” the notice read.

Bobi wine was to perform at Mukono Collins hotel this coming Saturday at a subsequent Specioza live concert.
