It’s no secret that star power sells, which is why countless celebrities snag endorsement deals for everything from footwear to clothing. Sometimes these celebs make more money being a spokesperson than for their actual jobs! Talk about being paid for being rich and famous.
Self-proclaimed number one Bongo Flava artist, Diamond Platnumz who has been profiled as one of East Africa’s highest paid and finest artist has officially been crowned, Vodacom’s Brand Ambassador.
“Lemmie introduce to you the Vodacom Brand Ambassador @DiamondPlatnumz …”an elated Diamond posted on social media.
The Bongo star and his wife, Zari Hassan by side stepped out together for the press conference where the signing of his major deal as Vodacom’s ambassador took place.
Appreciating Zari’s presence Diamond posted on social media;
“Am so grateful to have a Team, Family, Mother and Woman who is wise & intelligent… hakika ni Baraka toka kwa Mwenyez Mungu”
Though the artist is yet to reveal the amount he is set to earn, speculation is the deal is one that no one can turn down but we are all sure about one thing, Diamond will be laughing all the way to the bank.
