Katsha De’Bank Could Face 15 Years In South African Jail

Katumba Shafique aka Katsha De’bank is currently held in one of the South African prison cells after he was recently arrested for fraud.

The Ugandan socialite is said to have conned government officials of large sums of money in a number of fraudulent deals involving cars and property.

South African police had been following up on Katsha and four other Ugandans who are all accused of carrying on scandalous dealings with government agencies until they were arrested.

Reports from South Africa suggest that he is likely to face a prison sentence of 15 years if found guilty by the courts of law.

It should be noted that Katsha brought his lavish cars, a Lamborghini and a Bentley into the country when the Police started following his trail.

According to Henry Kakensa, a local journalist, officials demand that Katsha takes back the cars to S.A and pay Shs 1 million rands to be granted police bond.

Meanwhile, his expectant wife Shakira De’bank, is already missing him alot. “I am very sure our son is going to look like exactly like his cute papa. How I can’t wait to see my 2 boys playing in the house,” Shakira posted on Facebook, also adding, “I am sure the big Allah gonna keep us together forever. I can’t wait to see you my boo.”
